whole carrots

I steamed some baby carrots the other day and had been cutting them into baby bite sized pieces for Oliver to eat. On this day though I thought I would try to give him the whole thing. At first he didn't know what to do with it.
Then he got the idea. You eeeeeeeeeeat it! He did a good job of taking bites and chewing them up well.
Then again, he really loves to shove things into his mouth as fast as he can. That carrot is one that did NOT get away in time!
He looks like he really has to think hard to grab them. I love the "concentration face"

I can't wait to try out my booster seat, it was delivered to my parents house today, and my hubby should be bringing it home from work. Oliver looks like he likes being in there eating food! I'm taking my booster tonight to my stitch n bitch meet up at the local coffee shop, for Sean to try out in public!

Looks like he likes whole carrots! Now if I could only get Sean to NOT make faces when he's eating puree carrots!

What adorable pictures. Oliver wasn't about to let that carrot get away, that's for sure..hehe. Brae doesn't like baby food carrots and they don't like him - I'm hoping the real thing is better.
